Your photos will be delivered by an online gallery that is set up to present your images in a timeline manner, so you can relive your special day from beginning to end. You will have access to your gallery link for at least one year.
Now let’s talk about what you do when you receive that exciting email to your full gallery. First step is to scroll through the images with your loved ones and relive your day together. Once you have marked all your favorites, it’s time to download them to a secure space - think a usb, google drive, etc. After that, you can download them to your phone, tablet, computer to share on social media. Side note: use high resolution images for printing and low resolution (web-size) for social media.
When it comes to printing, your link directly connects you with the best of the best companies that can handle your high resolution images with care. You can have confidence knowing that your printing products are taken care of every step of the way and made to last for years to come. Yes I do! I believe creating a luxury wedding experience that brings your wedding day dreams to life can’t be done alone. It requires a team of vendors that can work seamlessly together and go above and beyond in serving you and your loved ones. Over the years of being in the wedding industry, I have not only worked with a variety of quality planners and videographers, but have built a list of trusted vendors that I can always connect you with.
Do you work with Wedding Planners and Videographers?
Your Vision: The first step to planning out your dream session is sharing your vision. Upon booking, you will receive a questionnaire that will give me all the info needed to plan out your session. Once I have a clear vision for your session, you will be sent a custom style guide and moodboard to help you plan out your outfits and favorite places to shop. You are not alone if the idea of planning out the perfect outfit is overwhelming. (I’m here to help and just a text away if you need help finalizing the perfect fit).
Timing and Lighting: All engagement and family sessions are booked within 02 hours before sunset or right before sunrise. This time of day offers “golden light” which is more soft and even lighting for your photos.
Style of Work: My workflow is a blend of classic portraiture and candid moments. I will direct you throughout the whole session while giving you the space to be yourselves. I always tell my clients that I am there to direct when needed but to capture you naturally in the space you chose for your photos.
What can we expect from a portrait session?
Let me let you in on a secret and share that you are not alone if you have never had professional photos done and feeling a little nervous about your session. I believe that getting the natural, effortless look goes beyond having experience in front of the camera, but having a connection with the person behind the camera. That is why I have built an experience that focuses on connection and getting to know my clients. For all my couples, we will cover key topics during your consultation call, like your vision for your dream session, what type of photos you are attracted to, etc.
When it comes to the day of your session, we will already feel like we have been friends. From the start we will listen to your favorite playlist while exploring the space you chose for your session. The session is laid back where I will direct when needed, but more about watching you two in this space and enjoying this sweet season together.
Why I highly recommend booking an engagement session is the simple fact that you guys will understand my approach and have a new found confidence in front of the camera. I will already know how you two flow together and what poses work best for you. Most importantly, it will allow you to savor your day fully and get lost in the moments with your loved ones.
How do you approach a couple who is nervous and camera shy?
This is one of my favorite parts of my photography experience and love helping my couples and families plan out the best prints for their homes. Shortly after receiving your wedding gallery, you will receive an email where we can start this discussion of planning out your heirloom print products.
When it comes to heirloom albums, the first step is selecting your top 50 - 70 images from your wedding gallery. Upon receiving those, I will design an album that showcases your wedding day as your day unfolded, so you can relive each moment as you look through the pages. When you receive the layout, you can make up to 3 revisions if needed. All heirloom albums are handmade and customizeable.
If you are looking to order a variety of prints for your home, I am here to help. You have direct access from your gallery link to print companies that offer high, end quality prints. You can order an array of things, such as framed prints, canvases, cards, etc. If you are looking for print packages- reach out to Ana and she can send you details on this.
Do you offer heirloom albums and prints? What does that process like?
Yes! While I am located in Northeast Ohio, I am always ready for an adventure. A few places I have already traveled to are: New York, Colorado, and Arizona.
