AJ & Kara
One of the best parts of being a Cleveland wedding photographer is how quickly I get to know my couples and become friends. There are some couples though who are especially easy to love, Kara and AJ being a prime example! They are an artsy couple that enjoy fashion, museums, music, and art. They love listening to live music at the Cleveland Symphony, going to the theatre, walking in local parks and hanging out with friends. Very down to earth and overall stylish. The inspiration for their wedding day, as well as their portraits, was romantic garden vibes. Making the details of their wedding day centered on the beautiful florals in the greenhouse. Overall, they created a romantic, intimate space to celebrate with their loved ones, and I am obsessed!
Location Of Mohican Gardens & Conservatory
This Ohio wedding venue is about an hour and a half south of Cleveland and lands right in between my home base and Columbus. The property spans 25 picturesque acres, and is more than just a wedding venue. It’s a haven for nature lovers and romantics alike! The property features a stunning greenhouse conservatory, a tranquil lakeside pergola, and a historic 19th-century barn. Each offering its own unique ambiance to suit various wedding styles and sizes. This, combine with the rural surrounding town gives you an intimate experience no matter the wedding size.

For those envisioning an open-air ceremony, the lakeside pergola provides a picturesque setting overlooking a 2.5-acre spring-fed lake. The tumbled paver stone floor and surrounding tea arbors add a touch of rustic elegance, making it an ideal spot to say your vows. In addition, this area can accommodate up to 250 guests, ensuring your loved ones can share in the moment.
Century Barn
If you love the charm of history and a warm ambiance, then this will be the venue for you! Built in 1850, the Century Barn exudes rustic and historic charm. From the timeless architecture, to the warm glow of a chandelier and Edison bulbs overhead. This spot is perfect for cocktail hours or intimate receptions, as the barn comfortably seats 100 guests at round tables and can host up to 150 for a ceremony.
